We take an audience-first approach to brand and communications. Using a combination of big data and 121 interviews and focus groups with both existing clients, we create audience personas that help you really get to know your audiences. We then create marketing strategies that speak directly to their needs, concerns and desires.

These three components are vital for telling your audience immediately what you do, what you stand for and what makes you different – these are the most concise descriptions of your brand and can be used on your website, in social media channel bios, within email signatures, etc.
Define core brand values and how we communicate them
Powerful brand values underpin the most successful marketing communications. They allow you to critically assess your marketing activity to ensure all content reflects at least one of these values. The purpose of your marketing strategy is to attract clients by showcasing your expertise in the context of these values and building genuine relationships with an audience who share them.
Establish marketing message pillars

We’ll review marketing activity for up to three core competitors, looking at their external communications, including social channels, PR, advertising, positioning, strategy and audience targeting. This will allow us to spot opportunities for you to differentiate in the market and make an impact.

Tone of voice guidelines

These guidelines will ensure that written content across your website, blogs, social media, email, and other digital marketing channels is consistent with your brand. It means potential customers know what to expect from their interactions with you. This will include a recommended approach to customer management via social media.

Website copy
